Stay Fit While You Sit Program

It is widely known that too much sitting is bad for your back.  It makes you feel stiff, achy, and may even contribute to arthritis in your spine.

In addition, sitting for too long can also affect your heart, lungs and brain.

All of this can lead to back and neck pain, lack of energy, poor performance, and stress.

Fortunately, if you are one of those people who is forced to sit at a desk all day, there is something you can do about it.
